No response? No order emails? - IMPORTANT NOTICE SYMPTOMS
Download links and an order confirmation email are sent to you immediately when your order is placed. Support requests are always replied to within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.
If you do not receive emails:
SOLUTION
Now that we have an online helpdesk, you can log in to check for support responses without having to rely on email. If you create a ticket and do not receive a response via email, return here to find the response.
The missing email may be in your junk e-mail or bulk folder. If you use a spam filter, be sure customer-service@atozteacherstuff.com and amanda@atozteacherstuff.com have been added to your list of allowed senders or safe list.
You can use an alternate email address.
Double-check for accuracy: Sometimes I cannot respond because you have entered your email address incorrectly. You will not receive download links or an order receipt if your email address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process. |
