SOLUTION
Unfortunately, att and sbcglobal has completely BLOCKED all mail from atozteacherstuff.com. This is because they have instituted an overzealous spam filter. They examine servers for "spam-like" activities and block accordingly. In our case, "spam-like" activity is simply sending emails to our customers. We happen to have a busy store and a significant amount of legitimate emails are sent to customers. As a result, their mail servers penalize us and assume we are spammers simply because the site is popular. We are attempting to rectify the situation, but in the mean time, you will not be receiving any correspondence from the store if you have an att.net or sbcglobal.net email address. Please use our help desk and keep a bookmark of the ticket so you can check back for a response. Please consider placing orders using an email address from another provider. |
