SYMPTOMS

You do not receive a reponse to your support ticket and/or do not receive download information, order receipt, etc.

SOLUTION

Hotmail and MSN use a system for trying to reduce spam that also affects non-spam, important emails that you would need to see.

If you are having problems getting the needed emails, it is strongly recommended to contact A to Z Teacher Stuff with an alternate email address. If you do not have an alternate email address, please follow these recommendations carefully:

  • Download and order emails from A to Z Teacher Stuff may go to your Junk E-Mail folder unless you have placed our email addresses on your "Safe List" first. Find instructions below.
  • When they are delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder, please place a checkmark next to the messages and click "Not Junk" to move them to your inbox. The Junk E-Mail folder will be deleted within a few days, and you will lose the messages if you do not do this.
  • If you do not find the emails in your Junk E-mail folder, it may be because your settings allow Junk E-Mail to be deleted before it is even delivered. There are instructions below to check your Hotmail settings and to add atozteacherstuff.com to your Safe List. Do this, then request the emails be resent.
  • Hotmail/MSN is also known to delay delivery of messages. This is all out of our control, as messages are sent immediately when your order is placed.

To check your Hotmail settings:
  • On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
  • Then, click on "Delete Junk E-Mail"
  • Be sure "Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder and delete later" is selected.
  • This will improve chances legitimate email will not be deleted, but it still may be delayed.


To add email addresses to your Safe List:
  • On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
  • Then, click on "Safe List"
  • In the blank under "Type an address or domain:" enter atozteacherstuff.com and click the Add button.
