How to Use SIT Files
SYMPTOMS
Mac users only. The filename extension (the 3 letters after the period) will be sit.
The sit file is a compressed package of 4 or more PDF files.
SOLUTION
You will use Stuff-It Expander to extract the files to save to your computer. Mac systems usually include this program by default. If you do not have the program, you can download it for free, or create a ticket for the individual PDF files.
Some versions of Stuff-It have also been known to cause problems with PDF files. If you are unable to open your PDF files after expanding, create a ticket to request the individual PDF files. |
