How to Use PDF Files SYMPTOMS
Most files downloaded from the store are in PDF format. Your filename extension (the 3 letters after the period) will be PDF or pdf.
SOLUTION
PDF files should be downloaded and saved to your computer so you can access them at your convenience. Once they are saved to your computer, you don't have to be connected to the Internet to open the files. Just use Adobe Reader to view and print. Open the Adobe Reader program, and choose the file you would like to view. You choose the file by going to the 'File' menu and choosing 'Open'. Both Mac users and Windows users can use PDF files.
Mac users may have a built-in PDF viewer called Preview.
