Where are the download links? SYMPTOMS
You didn't receive an email with your download information.
SOLUTION
All files are available for immediate download when you place an order. You will be given links on your computer screen when the order completes AND an email will be sent to you immediately. The subject line of this email is "A to Z Teacher Stuff Download Information."
If you do not see the email, your email provider blocked it. If you did not download your files from the screen when your order completed, please create a ticket. A reply to your ticket can include new download information so problems with your email can be bypassed. |
