Can't click on the download links

SYMPTOMS

Your download information email does not appear to contain links or you cannot click on the links.

SOLUTION

You can create a ticket in the help desk to request link(s). A reply to your ticket will have download information so you can bypass any problems you may be having with the way your email is formatted. In the help desk, you can simply click on the link(s). There are also other ways around this, so read on for self-help tips.

If you do not see links in the email, your email provider has blocked the links. You may have an option available to enable links. Check with your email provider to see how to enable links so you can see and click on them.

If you can see the links, but they are not clickable, your email does not format links correctly. You can either type the link into your browser (making sure all the characters are entered exactly) OR you can simply copy and paste the links into your browser. Here's how:

1. Highlight the entire link, starting with the http://
2. To copy, hold the Ctrl button and press C
3. Go to your browser and click in the location bar (this is where the http:// address is)
4. Paste the link into the location bar - hold the Ctrl button and press V
5. Go to the link by pressing enter, or the "go" button or arrow at the end of the location bar
