This download link has expired or is invalid.
SYMPTOMS
After you click on your download link, you receive an error page stating that the download link had expired or is invalid.
SOLUTION
If you placed your order more than a week ago, your download link has expired. Create a ticket to request a download extension.
If you placed your order less than one week ago, the link may not have transferred completely into your browser. When you click through, check to see if there are 12 letters and/or numbers after the "id=" in your browser's location bar. If not, check the link in your email to see what letters and/or numbers were cut off, and enter those manually so that the link in your email matches the link above in your location bar. The example below highlights which letters/numbers you should compare to your email link:
