Error: There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist.
SYMPTOMS
After you click on the download link, you choose the option to OPEN. Once the file downloads, it says "There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist."
SOLUTION
The file does exist, but some versions of Adobe Acrobat don't do well when you choose the OPEN option.
Be sure that you select the option to SAVE a file when you click on the download link. To get the file, go back to your download link and choose the option to SAVE. After you have saved the file to your computer, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it. |
