Error: PDF file is "damaged" SYMPTOMS
After you have downloaded your file, you receive this message when you try to open it.
SOLUTION
This error usually indicates that the file did not download completely. Use the link that was emailed to you to download the file again.
Another possible cause: Be sure that you select the option to SAVE a file when you click on the download link. If you choose to open it, you may also get a damaged file message, especially if you use Adobe Acrobat 6. |
